Ruins Of The Colvale Fortress Goa
The remains of the Adventure of Colvale is in the Bardez taluka of Northern Goa. It was designed in the season 1681 by the judge of Alvor to protect the Bardez frontier against the Marathas and Bhonsles. In the season 1739 it was taken by the Marathas and later recaptured by the Marquis of Lourical.
The ft had a little garrison, besides a program. In the season 1841, the program was moved to Mapusa and the castle missing its significance progressively as for a few decades it had been discontinued and ignored.
The castle is now in remains but it still draws a variety of visitors. The trip towards the castle is interesting and makes traditional and traditional passions. It is also known to be a well-known eat outside identify.
