Aloo Ka Stuffed Paratha Banane ki Vidhi

  • 5-6 medium sized, boiled: Potatoes
  • 2: Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 chopped: Green chili
  • ½ cup chopped: Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp: Aam choor powder
  • 1 tsp: Ajwain
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp :Ginger, grated
  • 3-4 cloves: Garlic, paste
  • Garam masala a pinch
  1. Peal the potatoes and mash them properly. There should not be any lumps.
  2. Now add all the ingredients and mix well.
  3. The stuffing is ready.
  4. Make a ball of dough, flatten it and stuff 1 serving spoon of the mixture in a roti.
  5. With the help of dry flour, roll the stuffed roti.
  6. Bake this stuffed roti on hot tava by using little oil.
  7. Serve hot with curd and butter along with hot tea.
